
I feel like it's a graphical issue, but I have no idea how to go about addressing this. It flashes gray-black over and over and sometimes I can't even alt-tab out of it. I can hear the game running on Fullscreen but my computer doesn't want to seem to load the screen. The options to play in Windowed mode work just fine, but the game ends up being as big as 1/4th of my screen.

Usually I play games at High-Ultra graphics just fine on 1920x1080 resolution, and although these options are available for Fallout 4, I can't seem to get it to work in Fullscreen.
